Shipping & Returns

Made to order pieces can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to ship. This is also stated under the specific items in the description. If it’s a time sensitive situation please shoot me an email and I will do my best to accommodate. All other items will be shipped out 2-5 days after purchase is made.

I do not accept returns. Each item has a thorough description of size, chain length, and various photos to try and avoid any confusion. If you’d like any additional info or videos of an item please feel free to email me or reach out through Instagram. I do my absolute best to do a thorough inspection of each piece before sending it to it’s new home, but should there be any fabrication issues with your piece please contact me and I will make it right!

International buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes on their purchases.

 

Lost Packages

Once I have packaged, dressed and shipped your item I am no longer responsible for the package. Unfortunately once it’s been scanned into USPS I have no control over the package. I do offer package insurance at checkout if you’d like to take extra precaution.

 

Aftercare

We all cherish our jewelry's beauty and here are some valuable tips to help preserve that sparkle. When you're not wearing your jewelry, avoid storing it in the bathroom to prevent moisture-related tarnishing. It's also advisable to remove your jewelry during activities like swimming, doing the dishes, showering, or engaging in intensive projects. If you want to clean your jewelry at home, the best method is to use a clean, soft microfiber cloth. This gentle approach effectively removes fingerprints, dirt, residue, oils, and restores your piece's brilliance.

 

Material Information

All of my jewelry pieces are made from 100% .925 sterling silver, unless otherwise specified as brass or 14k gold. I do not use a .925 stamp on my pieces, .925 stamps can be purchased by anyone and used on any metal at any time. I source all of my materials from Rio Grande, a highly regarded jewelry supply company that has been trusted by both jewelers and metal-smiths for over 50 years. If you ever have concerns about the quality of your piece, please don't hesitate to have it professionally tested by a local jeweler for silver content verification. I have complete confidence in the materials I use for each and every one of my creations.
